samples and other really important stuff... |

| Purchasing: |

| If you would
like to buy a sample pack, all you have to do is click the "buy
now" button and you will be re-directed to our PayPal page where
you can purchase the samples. You can even pay on your credit card
and you do not need to have an account with them. The connection
is completely safe and is handled by PayPal's own secure servers. |

| As soon as
we are informed that a transfer has been made, you will receive
an email from us giving you a direct link to your own directory
where you will be able to download all the available files for the
drum machine you have chosen for a period of 48 hours from the link
being sent to you. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any samples
on CDR or through the post. The system is for internet data transfer
only. |

| If you have
any problem with the timescale please email
us as we can be flexible, (reasonable circumstances). In fact, Email
us anytime, we're happy to help if you have a problem. Likewise,
we ask that you give us time to set up your directory. Because of
international time differences there may be a delay of a few hours
while we in the UK are asleep and you guys overseas may be in the
middle of your day. If we plan to go away for any length of time,
we will shut down the samples section temporarily. There's no way
we will take any orders if we aren't around to handle them. |

in mind that this system isn't an automated multi-national corporate
entity ;o) It is simply run buy us back here from our own computer.
If you have any doubts at all, you can email
the site first before making a purchase to check that we are ready
to handle your sample transfer. We will do our best to provide you
with a rapid response but we ask that you treat the transaction
in much the same way as you would by making a purchase on EBay but
without the shipping charges. |

Please note
that when you purchase or download any audio samples/sample packs
from Dubsounds, you are given permission to use them freely in
YOUR own music only. PLEASE don't make and send copies to your
friends. We are hardly charging enough to cover our running costs
here, so do the right thing and send your mates to Dubsounds to
get their own copies. We will get seriously pissed if we see these
samples appearing on other people's websites or being sold commercially.
Believe me, we know how to use a baseball bat!
